Need Support Setting Up Stereo Amp
I am sorry if I am in the incorrect thread. I'm looking for some help and advice concerning how to install a set of speakers? The challenge which I have is the fact that my stereo receiver is sending out a hum if it's turned off which in turn causes the transmitter which I use for my wireless speakers to stay awake. I find that it triggers the cordless receivers to be awake as well. That triggers my surround loudspeakers to always send out a hum while my AV receiver is in standby which happens to be sort of annoying. I have already been considering the best way to fix this issue. One idea I had was to create a switch to cut the audio towards the transmitter or power down the transmitter (cut DC power) whilst my AV receiver is in stand by. However, I would not know how to pair this switch together with my AV receiver. Does any person have any good ideas?
